To join the Sacramento Valley Concert Choir (SVCC), contact the membership coordinator at: svcchoirmembership@yahoo.com Who We Are: The SVCC is a non-auditioned, mixed (men and women) community choir.  We have two repertoires a year (Fall and Spring seasons) which we perform at retirement homes and public venues. The choir performs a wide variety of choral music including songs drawn from pop, jazz, folk, and classical genres. SVCC welcomes all voices, especially tenors, baritones and basses. Young adults under 18 are welcome to participate, with permission from a parent or guardian. Details: Rehearsal Day/Time: Tuesdays, 7 - 9 p.m.  For each Season, rehearsals begin as follows: o Fall: first Tuesday after Labor Day o Spring: first Tuesday after New Year’s Day Location: Unitarian Universalist Society of Sacramento, 2425 Sierra Boulevard, near Fulton Avenue Cost: $100 for each season (Seasons: Fall: Sep thru Dec, Spring: Jan thru May.) plus a one-time music deposit of $25 Audition: No audition is required.
